REVISED MEETING SCHEDULE FOR 2014

Please take notice that the Town of Conesus Town Board will hold the remainder of its 2014 Regular

Meetings as follows:

• Regular Meetings for the months of October, and November will be held on the Second and Fourth Tuesday of the month (October 14^th & 28^th and November 11^th & 25^th)
• The first Regular Meeting of December will be held on the Second Tuesday (December 9^th)
• The second Regular Meeting in December will be held on Tuesday, December 30^th.

All Town Board Meetings will be held at the Town of Conesus Town Hall, 6210 South Livonia Rd., (Route 15) Conesus, NY 14435 unless otherwise posted with Regular Meetings commencing at 7:00pm and bill/voucher review at 6:30PM.

Supervisor Donohue and Town Board members will be reviewing all vouchers for payment between 6:30 and 7:00 P.M. prior to each Board meeting.

Announcements and Communications:

1. A Public Hearing on a Local Law to enact a one year moratorium on and prohibition of natural gas and petroleum exploration and extraction activities, etc will be held on December 9, 2014.  The rationale for this is to give us the additional  time needed  to get all of our zoning and Comprehensive changes in place, which will effectively prohibit heavy industry.
2. The Annual Lighting of the Park will take place on December 6th at the William Greene Community Room at the Conesus Fire Department.  Please arrive around 5:30 pm.  Santa will arrive at 6 pm, just as the park lights go on!  Cookies and cocoa to follow Santa’s arrival.

• Highway Report: Superintendent Martucio

Updates on Key Issues:

Conesus Lake:   Councilman Wester/ Supervisor Donohue

Grant Status Report: Supervisor Donohue

Unfinished Business:

• Discussion of Undertaking for the Town of Conesus  Councilman Steenblok and Clerk McNinch
• Livonia Ambulance:  Councilman Beardslee - Breakdown of costs in total, and those specifically related to theTown of Conesus   

New Business:

• Approval of a Resolution to transfer $241.49 from  2013 AUD (Unexpended Balance) in the Trust and Agency account to the General Fund.
• Approval of a Resolution to appoint Kim Grab to the Conesus Planning Board
• Approval of a Resolution to re-appoint Bradley Francis to the Conesus Planning Board
